About the role

 

  • Develop organisational reports and dashboards and identify key metrics to monitor business performance
  • Conduct analysis and review of organisational and benchmark data
  • Support comprehensive development of a business improvement program for the organisation
  • Identify business opportunities
  • Work closely with ICT to determine and implement optimal system-based improvements

 

 

  • Contribute to the implementation of the business intelligence platform alongside ICT

 

Essential requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholder across all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience in the use of data and process modelling tools (Power BI, Visio, or similar)
  • Ability to interrogate, analyse and use data.
  • Exposure to large scale data extraction, manipulation and analysis, formulation of insights, fact led identification of improvement opportunities
  • Proven creative and effective problem-solving ability
  • Experience with the development, implementation and management of performance metric dashboards
  • Demonstrated skills in systems thinking related to work practices and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in facilitating and supporting business change.
  • Experience in working with teams to review and refine work procedures and processes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products particularly Excel (intermediate / advanced level)
